Tasks - All
Overview
If there is anything we need from you, it will appear in the To Do feed. This central view aggregates open tasks that require attention from the attorney or case manager for the active cases.

What the list shows
- Search: Filter by keywords across all tasks.
- Task rows/cards: Each item includes a short title, context (patient/case), and due/priority when applicable.
- Pagination: Items per page and total count.
Behavior
- Trigger: Tasks are created automatically by workflows (e.g., missing documents, pending confirmations) or manually by staff.
- Scope: Only tasks relevant to your cases are shown.
- States: Typical statuses include Open, In Progress, and Completed, depending on your firm’s configuration.
Recommended actions
- Open a task to view details and complete the required action.
- Update status/assignee and add notes as you work.
- Complete the task to remove it from the active list.
Tips
- Prioritize: Sort by due date or priority to work the most urgent items first.
- Audit: Use task history/comments to retain a clear record of actions taken.
Troubleshooting
- Don’t see expected tasks? Clear filters, confirm case assignment, and check if the task is already completed.
- Task content unclear? Open the task detail and review linked modules (Appointments, Records, Authorizations) for context.
