Gauges - My Cases

Overview

The My Cases gauge shows how many legal cases you have personally added to the portal. It’s a quick snapshot of your personal caseload creation activity.

Behavior

• Count logic: Displays the number of cases created by your user account.
• Click-through: Clicking the gauge opens the Legal Case list filtered to only cases you added.
• Scope: This does not include cases created by others, even if you’re assigned later.

Tips

• Use the filtered list to continue onboarding tasks for newly created cases.
• Clear the filter in the Legal Case list to return to all cases you can access.

Troubleshooting

• Number seems off? Confirm you were the creator on the case record; assignment alone won’t increment this gauge.
• Filter didn’t apply? Use the list’s filter bar to select "Created by = Me" and save the view if needed.
