Gauges - Appointments

Overview

The Appointments gauge shows the total number of appointments scheduled through PCH in this portal for cases you can access. Use it for a quick pulse on overall activity.

Behavior

• Count logic: Displays the count of appointments scheduled via PCH for your firm/tenancy (subject to your access permissions).
• Click-through: Clicking the gauge takes you to the Appointments list.
• Real-time: Numbers update periodically as new appointments are created.

Tips

• Click through and sort by Date to focus on upcoming visits.
• Use filters in the Appointments list (provider, status, specialty) to refine.

Troubleshooting

• Number seems low? Confirm you’re viewing the correct environment/tenant and that the list filters aren’t restricting results.
• Click doesn’t navigate? Refresh the dashboard; if persistent, open the Appointments page from the sidebar and report the issue.
