Calendar - List View

Overview

The List View shows upcoming and past appointments in a sortable table for all cases where you are the Primary Attorney or Case Manager. Use it to scan many visits quickly, sort, and take actions in bulk.

Columns you’ll see

  • Patient Name and DOL (date of loss).
  • Date and Time of the appointment (with timezone).
  • Provider and Specialty.
  • Appointment Type/Procedure.
  • Location Address.
  • Status (e.g., Confirmed, Checked In, Scheduled, Canceled, No Show).
  • Checked In Date (if applicable).
  • Action menu (View, Reschedule, Download, etc., based on permissions).

Behavior

  • Scope: Only appointments tied to your assigned cases are listed.
  • Sorting/Filtering: Sort by any column; filter using the search bar.
  • Live status: Status updates propagate from the provider workflow (e.g., Confirmed, Checked In).

Common actions

  1. Use the Action menu to open the appointment Details modal.
  2. Reschedule or cancel if needed based on client/provider updates.
  3. Download reports (when available) or create follow-up tasks.

Tips

  • Prioritize: Sort by Date to work the most imminent visits.
  • Investigate: If many No Shows are visible, check reminder settings for the client.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing appointment? Clear filters and confirm you’re assigned to the case.
  • Wrong status? Refresh and verify the provider’s system updated the status.
